Terms and conditions for our fence installation and repair services
By accessing and using YardLine Fence Japan's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
YardLine Fence Japan provides residential and light commercial fence installation, repair, and maintenance services across major Japanese cities. Our services include consultation, design, installation, and ongoing maintenance.
Service requests must be submitted through our contact methods. All quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and project complexity discovered during consultation.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We require a deposit before beginning work, with final payment due upon completion. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project modifications.
While we assist with permit applications, the property owner is ultimately responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained. We will work to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Any hazardous conditions or access limitations must be disclosed prior to work commencement. Additional charges may apply for difficult access situations.
We use quality materials from trusted suppliers and provide warranties on our workmanship. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Warranty terms will be specified in your service agreement.
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit processing, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize project disruption.
Project cancellations or significant modifications may result in charges for work completed, materials ordered, and administrative costs. Cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Any pre-existing property damage should be documented before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked.
All designs, plans, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of YardLine Fence Japan. Customers may not reproduce or distribute our designs without written permission.
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Japanese law.
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate courts of Tokyo, Japan.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
